About Pastor Randy
Randy Needham is the founder and senior pastor of Houston Worship Centre in Houston, Texas. He is also the founder of All Nations School of Ministry. As pastor, his ministry includes church planting, leadership development, and international pastor training and conferences. His personal background is one of commercial business and development.
Houston Worship Centre has a vision to reach out to every neighborhood and culture in Houston and other surrounding areas with the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Randy’s ministry is to equip believers to walk in intimacy with God, in the authority of the Word, and in the power of the Holy Spirit. The messages he shares are simple and relevant to our daily lives, yet loyal and uncompromising to God’s Word. His desire is to see others fulfill the callings and destiny on their lives, and to reach their full potential in Christ. His ministry is one of love and compassion for hurting people. With a strong belief that the Holy Spirit must be allowed to flow in churches, the Anointing is present through the love of God in every service. Hungry for the move of God throughout the earth, there is a calling on Randy’s life to see revival and the harvest of souls throughout the Nations of the World.
Pastor Randy has authored three books, “Miracle Buildings”, which is a free resource guide to pastors, “When the Tempter Comes”, a helpful book for believers to walk in victory, and “The River that Brings Revival”, which has been translated into other languages.
Randy’s wife, Lucie, and their three wonderful sons: Jeffrey, Christopher, and John are also very active in serving with him in the ministry.
